      Make your own schedule, good training, don't have to go into work, it's fun and challenging at the same time

      Inconvénients

      I dont like being commission, it's hard to get people to buy something they're constantly being pitched

      Avantages

      The Instrumentation Department was run by very smart and experienced people. It was definitely a great opportunity to work with those people.

      Inconvénients

      There was no appraisal system in place. The long term motivation to work was never there. A good documentation system needs to be in place.
