Don’t know where to start. Manager at the time was a step in from another store and she had little to no people skills. Was left on my own on my first shift after asking for help multiple times. Quick to deflect blame and humiliated me in front of customers. Was so upset I almost didn’t come back to work. Wish I hadn’t as I felt so uncomfortable for the remainder of my time there. Was told by several other workers that it wasn’t going unnoticed that I was being picked on. Management had actually given strict instruction to another part timer not to help me?? I’ve never worked anywhere like it. Was also sat down and told that I need to work on my confidence and store presence because I didn’t yell at every customer that came through the door. Really knocked my self confidence working here. Any time I asked for help I was made to feel like a complete idiot. There is also no clothing allowance and you’re expected to wear full price items (at a discounted rate). Turnover rate is insane. Micro managing is insane. Don’t work here lol
