      Avantages

      Very healthy work culture. All manages and leads are very cooperative and helpful. A lot of scopes to learn new technologies.

      Inconvénients

      Holidays are very confusing as its a global conpany.

      Avantages

      Good group of mission driven team members. Management tries to pivot to keep business going when competition crumbles. The company and team has desire to make this work as a startup.

      Inconvénients

      It is a startup and constantly pivots to stay alive. Not ideal for folks who like to stick to one lane. Your role will probably change many times but it also means you will get to learn a lot if you are up for it.

      Avantages

      Able to choose your own hours, bring your knowledge and be ready to share.

      Inconvénients

      To many extremely young managers who do not understand the needs and expectations of the 55+ group, which is not good since they want to focus on that population.
