      Fast-paced environment that allows for rapid learning and hands-on experience. Several colleagues are approachable and willing to teach, which helps with skill development.

      Inconvénients

      There is a noticeable lack of consistency and fairness in how performance and staff treatment are handled. Some employees may feel unsupported when issues arise. Work pressure can be intense, especially for the site team, with long working hours and high workload expectations tied to strict project milestones. Work–life balance is a challenge, as site work typically runs from 8am to 7pm, including Saturdays.

      Avantages

      Fast pace learning, good exposure to the newbie to gain experience and lot of senior can teach from zero. But mostly senior not have much time to spare due to tons of work.

      Inconvénients

      The more experienced and knowledgeable you become, the more responsibilities the company places on you. No work life balance. Eventually, you're expected to work independently, yet the salary often remains disproportionate to the responsibilities you carry. HR is very toxic and have huge political issues.

      Helpful people to mentor even from zero, good pay, variety of geotechnical works to learn, good machineries.

      Heavy workload, 6-working days (norm in construction)
