      Inconvénients

      Senior management is very arrogant and doesn't listen to their employees. The company is stuck in the past. Some employees get frustrated quit and leave. Some quit and stay.

      Avantages

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Inconvénients

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
