      Avantages

      Excellent selling relationships with the best investment and insurance companies around. Progressive attitude towards advancement. Rewards success. Great Branding. They have always had a great marketing team in place to help someone succeed.

      Inconvénients

      Satelite offices suffer from lack of leadership and input. More of a personal "Con" than company one. They'll give you just enough freedom (Rope) to hang yourself with.

      Avantages

      Agent support is the best, this is the first company I've actually been paid residuals from. Staff and owner will bend over backwards to help you. Quick review and approval of applications.

      Inconvénients

      None FFIG is a great company to work with.

      Solid company to work for. Multiple products to sell - life, health and annuities. Strong emphasis on annuities; also MA and Medicare Supplements.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding program could use a little help.
