      Avantages

      first company I have ever worked for that is geared towards agent success more than management or home office! It is nice to feel important and have an almost unlimted variety of products to choose from to offer clients the very best. Any career or independent agent would be crazy not to take a look at FFIG as a place to be happy and build their business!

      Avantages

      Agent support is the best, this is the first company I've actually been paid residuals from. Staff and owner will bend over backwards to help you. Quick review and approval of applications.

      Inconvénients

      None FFIG is a great company to work with.

      Solid company to work for. Multiple products to sell - life, health and annuities. Strong emphasis on annuities; also MA and Medicare Supplements.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding program could use a little help.
