Incompetent management. No pay rise in 14 years. In fact in real terms a drop of 28% since I started despite being asked to take on more and more responsibility including basically covering for management who know not what they are doing. Basically wasted years here when I could have been somewhere else advancing my career. Do not work here unless you intend on retiring soon on the same pay you start on.
