We would encourage you to initiate a career conversation with your manager to see what opportunities are available for you. The overtime required was a direct result of a new system implementation. At the time of your hire, we had not anticipated this need. Ultimately, the software implementation is designed to make employees jobs easier and more efficient. If you have a specific need for time off or you are unable to perform OT, please speak with your manager or a member of the HR department.
