      Avantages

      Some extremely talented people work there.

      Inconvénients

      Very little company culture. Management is amateurish and lacks leadership qualities. They hire and fire like an out of control fruit fly problem. Don't expect transparency or loyalty. One of the worst startups I've dealt with.
