      Avantages

      Opportunities to learn. But I suggest to you can create it by yourself.

      Inconvénients

      You will push your limits by working all days in a week. You’ll get attracted by fancy writings or sayings. You’ll be threatened, if you do anything that company doesn’t expect [e.g resigning as per T&C, not work on weekends etc., ] Initially I felt great for joining. But later I regret for it. Since there’s no enough reviews when I joined. I’m contributing now for you and current employees.

      Avantages

      1) Flexible working hours 2) Freedom to take your decision 3) Latest and advance tech to be used in project. 4) Company with very long term vision. 5) Very friendly environment

      Inconvénients

      Still to encounter one. But doubtful I will get one.
