      Independence and very little micro-management

      Leadership is very wishy washy and fake. Doesn't seem to be putting in much effort.

      Avantages

      I was hired as the HR Manager with Fisher Developments back in the mid 2000's. All the Executives including the owners of the company treated everyone with respect and dignity.

      Inconvénients

      I can't say there was anything negative. The compensation package was not the highest in the market but it was competitive.
