Avantages
good group of people at all levels, easy to get on with and work along side for the most part. some very good managers.
Inconvénients
the good staff are restricted to only doing ABC they cannot make any real change without taking on the wiehgt of the world as a personal action and holding all the blame. management have a company line for everything which is because it is an outsource company but there is no room for change until it is of financial benefit to the company or is a client demand, if it cost an extra £1000 per month or just saying no once and a whiel to the client over small things or asking for a break on some things for your staff to be happy therefore happier coming to work and working for you i cannot see the reason for not doing this, but the big bosses can, it would cost X amount per year to role this out, can you find me X amount anywhere else so we do not lose this (garantee the money).
