      Firstsource is a great place to work. Throughout my tenure, I've seen Firstsource being an employee-centric company. As an employee-centric company, they always focus on individual growth and take all efforts to groom individuals. The best part I like about Firstsource is that they always prioritize promoting Firstsourcers.

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
