Very disappointing experience - Avis employé Sales FirstRain

Boring and quiet office, no buzz or excitement - so it has to be created artificially. Scary high turnover and even layoffs for such a small company. Micromanagement runs rampant and is reinforced by execs who think they know the best way to do your job. Product's value proposition is soft, hard to hit your number in sales. During the recruiting process they will say what you want to hear to get you to work there, leaving expectations unfilled. Free lunches? Nope. Gone, taken away. Too many better options out there in the Bay Area to settle for this.
