      Avantages

      The team I worked with was so supportive, both personally and professionally. There is a lot of important training right off the bat which allows for a much better structure and understanding of the organization goal across all staff. Scheduling was amazing as well with the option for 4-day work weeks. There was a lot of good support and resources available.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes there can be very quickly changing plans and you have to be able to adapt to those changes.

      Avantages

      Management works with support staff collaboratively and takes advice. Changes and improvements happen quickly to ensure that the best possible care is given to our residents and clients. Employees enjoy a 36 hour work week, some staff work four 9s, HSS staff work 3 12s and I love having four days off work. There are night and day shifts available which makes it super convenient for school. My supervisors have been great about providing me with references for school too. They actually encourage you to use your PTO which is new for me, I've always worked for companies that are stingy with time off. There are always opportunities to apply for different positions in the company and move up that's what you're looking for. Overall, I really enjoy working with them.

      Inconvénients

      So many meetings and trainings! But I guess that means they want us to be our best and are big on communication, which are also pros.
