Management works with support staff collaboratively and takes advice. Changes and improvements happen quickly to ensure that the best possible care is given to our residents and clients. There are night and day shifts available which makes it super convenient for school. My supervisors have been great about providing me with references for school too. They actually encourage you to use your PTO which is new for me, I've always worked for companies that are stingy with time off. There are always opportunities to apply for different positions in the company and move up that's what you're looking for. Overall, I really enjoy working with them.
