      Avantages

      Experience, fast pace environment, great resume build.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment, egotistical and narcissistic management, no real training set up, they will promise you things then never give them to you, will openly and proudly punish you for things you didn't do or had no control over, they do not care about your health or COVID, employees who are a problem will never be a problem because they've been there longer and obviously do more for the company than you, will promise you opportunities and then never give them to you, will promise you a raise and then never give that to you but will make you take the additional work load.

      Avantages

      Manager is compassionate and supportive. The company promotes from within. Rapid expansion - added multiple locations in 2022. Company is open to new ideas and encourages innovation. Company participates in profit sharing bonuses. Passionate and dedicated team members. Constant opportunity for career growth/advancement. Mistakes are treated as opportunities for growth and plans for how to avoid them in the future. Coaching (correcting errors/behavior) is sincerely given as a way to improve, it doesn't automatically feel like you're being reprimanded or in trouble. If you want to succeed here all you have to do is have a good attitude and work ethic. Commercial department has the best culture and work environment overall. CEO is very involved in day-to-day business, approachable by everyone, incredibly intelligent and not hesitant to share his knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Job tasks can be extremely urgent and stressful, takes some time to figure out how to handle task priorities. Some salespeople are difficult to work with - but that seems typical for sales.
