Senior Leadership and their HR leads the company through fear and toxicity. Bullying, age discrimination and harassment are rampant and both encouraged and celebrated. Workerbee's are condemned while those that have no work ethic and ride on the coattails of the workers claiming that they did the work are promoted leaving the ones with work ethic with no raises and or accolades. Worst company ever. Run.
