Their loyal customer base provides them the ability to remain stable despite challenges that would negatively impact businesses in other industries. A lot of workers have significant tenure with the company and have a lot of industry experience.

There has been a lot of turnover with upper management. The current leaders don't appear to share a common vision or possess the ability to share vision and direction with staff. This seems to lead to a high level of employee dissatisfaction and confusion. The corporate culture does not foster communication, collaboration, autonomy, discussion, questioning, debate, or planning. Upper management tends to be segregated from the rest of the company.
