Avantages
1. New Headquarter building is very nice 2. Pretty laid back atmosphere 3. Hybrid work and they are very caring and understanding to let you work from home when situations come up 4. Decent time off which includes all Federal Holidays, PTO, Sick time, and a Personal day 5. Convivence 'store' located at headquarters that have lots of snack, drink and food options on site! 6. Even being a larger bank, they still do company events, like holiday celebrations and whatnot 7. Quarterly all employee meetings at HQ that keeps everyone in the loop on what is going on with the company and includes catered food and drinks
Inconvénients
1. Lack of training, but they are working on fixing that 2. Outdated procedures for some departments, again I think that will come with the whole training program 3. Branch employees lack knowledge, which adding a good training program should help that drastically 4. Health insurance is good, but pricey 5. Upper management 'spies' on you when in the office, which I do support that they should know what and what is not going on, but do it in a better way. Engage with the employees instead of just walking by and looking to see what they are doing
