Avantages
There's a big focus on customers, products, and people this year. You can feel the energy in the office with innovating and getting the company to the next level- whether it's the core guitars or newer products like the in-ear monitors or digital apps. The office is brand new and music is playing throughout unless an artist is having an impromptu concert. The executives seem to be moving the company forward in awesome and exciting ways!
Inconvénients
Traffic in LA will always be miserable and our office is difficult to get to when there are special events in the area. The music industry isn't going through tons of growth, although it seems like we're still doing well.
