Feldco is a very healthy work environment filled with great people. There's also endless possibilities to move up within the company. You can't ask for a better company to work for!

The hours, workload, and pay were all great for a college student. My summer internship gave me plenty of experience in the office setting, ranging from marketing, construction, communication, journalism, advertising, and many other things. The company outings were frequent and there were always plenty of opportunities to network. The location and office were great and convenient.
There was no one in my position that could train me. So after my 4 weeks of training in des plains Illinois I was told I'd get 2 weeks training up in wisconsin. When I got back to work in Menasha I was told thats not the case, good luck and was on my own.
