Definitely not enough work for contract labor and slow conversion process for direct hire. Mostly great younger supervisors & captains but a few longtime event directors not great w people

Where to begin: scheduling is done on a 1st come-1st serve basis which means you may not work at all. There are no minimum requirements to work therefore events are are often short staffed which makes everyone miserable, over worked and under paid. Servers are rarely tipped. There is no formal training other than a few online courses. Servers are lazy and hide and are not reprimanded. The "managers" are micromanaged by "producers" which causes confusion amongst staff. Servers have to provide their own uniforms and are charged in paychecks for old faded aprons they bring for staff to wear. "Staff meal" is slop- better off bringing your own!
