      Avantages

      *Friendly colleagues, central office location *A startup which is fast growing, if you like challenges, it can be the right place. *Some of usual office perks, i.e: sandwiches, beverages etc. *Overall: if you are in the early stage of your career you can consider them but be mindful about what you really expect from your next journey.

      Inconvénients

      *Salaries were average for Malta indeed less than what others pay in the industry *The office was centrally located but there was always a construction work and a serious risk of getting injured while the construction work was continuing *While some people were genuine, you somehow feel that there was always an unnecessary staged show in the office - Company would like to grow and became a game changer but the employee voice was not heard well, they want to be big but with their terms, so this can not be possible in today's business life, anyway I am sure they will understand by the time. - Overall: you really need to know what you want, otherwise this could be a bad experience, so if you already work in iGaming industry and have enough experience, you will see it is not really different than other companies in the industry. so make your choice carefully and give a good thought

      Avantages

      I am proud of coming here and leaving my feedback about Fast Track. I want the world to see we are not only the best CRM platform out there, but a place that embraces its employee community! I am from Brazil, and I moved to Malta in 2025 to work with Fast Track. It isn´t easy to live away from my family and friends, but the support I have at Fast Track made my journey just perfect. I have seen a huge growth in my career, and daily, I see myself evolving with the company. The close contact with my Manager, Andrew, and the CEO, Simon, makes me feel I am walking together with the company, one supporting the other. I am excited for the future of Fast Track, and I am sure this is not just a job opportunity but a life-changing experience that will add huge value to my path. The product is stable and complete, the Greco, Rewards, and AI are top-notch tech features, and I am happy to be part of this moment of Fast Track.

      Inconvénients

      As I said before, the distance from my family in Brazil is a huge factor, but I am 100% sure I can count on Fast Track to support me and add value to my purpose of being here!

      Avantages

      Friendly and growth mindset environment with a lot of opportunities to grow and learn.

      Inconvénients

      There is no hybrid work policy, and leadership ends up being a blocker since they want to be involved in every decision and ensure we are moving in the right direction. However, this is not scalable given the accelerated growth.
