Avantages
Supervisors work closely with employees on professional development (I've moved between multiple positions throughout my time here as I hone my skills)
Projects are interesting and varied, and the company keeps employees looped in about their status
Constantly growing, including moving into a bigger and more modern building
Good company values and very clear guidelines
Inconvénients
Growing pains of moving to a new location and expanding the workforce rapidly; Limited availability of upper management (though you can schedule meetings with them); previous warehouse/offices were maintained but not the best conditions to begin with (new location is much better); some long work weeks bc of project deadlines
