      Avantages

      - Great co-workers - Flat hierarchy, interdepartmental communication is easy and fast. Your voice is heard by C-level. - You can make a real difference to the actual product itself and the processes the company uses. - Your suggestions or criticisms are taken on board and implemented if they add value for the customer/company. - Hybrid working creates a good work-life balance. - There is a good degree of autonomy and very little micromanaging.

      Inconvénients

      - No company is perfect and there have been a lot of changes in the past year. But any challenges have been used as learnings and not just ignored. - The onboarding process was a bit lacking but this has now been improved.

      The company has a remote setup and gives you the hardware you need

      Inconvénients

      The company was very waterfall and collaborators back at that moment were afraid to express their opinions about the levels because others had been fired to do so
