      Avantages

      Of course with my large companies, experience is all relative to the project you work on. I am fortunate enough to work with AWS 24/ 7 which I love. There’s lots of projects to jump on and you can be moved around if you wish to work in / aid other endeavors.

      Inconvénients

      When work gets slow, sometimes it can seem like there is absolutely nothing to do.. you have to keep yourself stimulated.

      Inconvénients

      Same as most contracting work, having to worry about contract recompete regularly. Management doesnt have a true vision for future. Was laid off with NO severance after exceptional work performance over 5 years. Only given roughly 10 days notice. Management team has multiple individuals who are not qualified to lead as well as multiple phantom positions that are not needed. High amount of nepotism in upper leadership w/ multiple program level leaders hiring and promoting based on qualities unrelated to work performance, qualifications or experience.
