      Avantages

      The work was easy: writing descriptions for books; I could take plenty of breaks and no one objected.

      Inconvénients

      Used to finish allotted work in four hours and had to sit idle for next four hours. The team leader did not provide feedback personally. Instead, he used to report everything to the manager.

      It was great before Everforth come in and took over.

      Inconvénients

      No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
