Avantages
While it seems initially that the company micro-manages new employees, I think they have mature sales systems and process and it's worth making sure new employees understand them. Most new employees are also quite young and the training you get is great. Also you'll be surrounded by some high quality young professionals in most offices. Minneapolis office is filled with great people that are very successful.
Inconvénients
Work environment is mediocre, generic office with cubes (but they keep it entertaining!). They will push you to do better no matter what your current achieving (good and bad). Company is very very focused on profits.
