      Avantages

      One of Eventbase's biggest assets is their remote-first approach, in which all employees are WFH, but also offering the ability to go to an office if you need the occasional socializing. Also, they're an event tech industry leader, so innovation is on the front of what they try to do. Aside from that, the work environment is very welcoming and there are rarely conflicts.

      Inconvénients

      As a small-medium company, sometimes their processes are a bit strict, but the company is making an effort to smooth them out and to simplify them.
