Avantages
1) Inclusive and supportive upper management who takes good care of their employees. Special shoutout to my director for being an outstanding leader, working with him has been impactful for my professional growth as an individual. Under his leadership, the team feels valued, motivated, and ready to take on challenges because of the trust and support he provides despite his busy schedule.
2) Flexible work arrangements with subsidies for employees to pursue upskilling which is crucial for career progression
3) Strong direction, vision and roadmap for products in their line that shows a long term plan with upgrades for the future
Inconvénients
1) I hope there will be more team bonding activities outside from the monthly lunch gatherings or town halls.
2) There is no career path for progression, and if a person's job responsibilities are changed they are not given the appropriate training to manage them.
3) My experience with the culture and career was ruined by one supervisor which is why I'm raising this as con. I get grilled on everything that I do with my colleague in our meetings which I feel extremely uncomfortable with. This condescending supervisor has a frail ego and he loves meetings a little way too much to the point where it bothers others from being productive.
