      Involved president,no layers, seems like a great place to work, great co workers, support is excellent from inside team, excellent marketing department

      Inconvénients

      Involved president. Pricing not competitive at all, performance expectations are not realistic. Expect too much too soon. Expense reimbursement is untimely and you are expected to put out your own money for long periods of time

      Avantages

      Conveniently located near the 610, 290 & I-10. Offices are nice. The pay was good. I have a lot of respect for the President of the Company and the Plant Manager. Flexible about working on week-ends or after work to get caught up. Nice Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.

      Inconvénients

      Too much nepotism in some departments. Too much drama. Some upper management treat hourly employees beneath them. Hard work should be valued more than brown nosers!
