      Working with the team has been excellent, the code quality, collaboration, and adherence to best practices make development smooth and efficient. The project demonstrates strong engineering discipline and innovation.

      Inconvénients

      While the team is enthusiastic, there are challenges with code consistency and documentation, which sometimes slow down development and make onboarding new engineers harder.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Inconvénients

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Inconvénients

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
