      Avantages

      Didn't lay off during crisis like other companies did. Career path and career plan. Amazing benefits. Opportunity to move to another country. Remote Work is fully remote. Supports development for profesionals. Amazing events for employees outside the organization.

      Inconvénients

      Consulting dynamics is always a con by itself, once you complete project, jump to another industry and you have to prepare for interviews and the complete process. Like changing job once or twice per year.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
