      Avantages

      Fair pay with pretty good employee benefits package. The hours are also very good and makes balancing personal life and work pretty easy.

      Inconvénients

      Communication is poor at best, there isn't much transparency at any level. At times the job can leave you asking why am I here? What am I accomplishing? Where am I going?

      A flexible work environment and a generous compensation if/when you prove your commitment to the company. Coworkers are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Self-directed learning is needed which can be challenge.

      A fast paced environment, doing business with world wide big company. Would be able to access industry pioneer information.

      Inconvénients

      Totally self-driving, need to learning new things everyday. If you are not comfortable for changing, this is not a good place for you.
