      - Both a pro and a con, ELMO is fast paced with lots of work to do - Ambiguous at times which can lead to innovation but if not managed well can lead to burnout also

      Avantages

      - Executive level are approachable. - Workforce are friendly and feels like a positive environment to be in. - Onsite barista; lovely start to my day! - Dog-friendly office. - Hybrid-working model (for most - my role doesn't align with hybrid as I need to be onsite daily, but my role is the exception). I've had a positive experience here, overall.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding could be improved (my experience may differ slightly as I'm on a temp contract rather than permanent). I had a one-week handover with my predecessor which was incredibly helpful. However, something that I think is missing is having a clear onboarding structure; having meetings set up to introduce myself to various contacts in departments/offices that I would be closely working with would be useful.
