Avantages
Alot of amazing people work at this site, and are criminally underpaid. I don't know why they stay but they are there.
Inconvénients
The upper management mistreats their employees (in one instance committing actual battery against an underling who never reported it). They also don't care about their clients, smiling to their faces and speaking ill of them behind their backs. I see a lot of people saying they're money driven, but that wasn't even my experience either. They're more like a loose assortment of con artists, employing severally underpaid laborers, and just giving themselves payroll while trying to keep the client from letting the company loose for as long as possible. Alot of power games, and shadiness. The people doing all the actual work keep their mouths shut or are let go. I was payed well but found out quickly that no one else on the team was, and the liars made the rule of law with no care for profits, people, or the client.
