Avantages
E.R. Wagner are lenient on time schedule and gives their employees a good amount of break. In addition, they care about their employees when it comes to injuries which they have a nurse in case anything happens.
Inconvénients
For my position which I sort tools and put them in the box again, I find it a bit boring because I constantly do the same thing every day. At the same times I doze off but this the only cons I would have to say about.
