Decent benefit package (16k RON on benefits platform per year, bonus of nearly 13th salary depending on performance, private health insurance + other smaller benefits) The people I work with don't micromanage and are understanding and kind Plenty opportunities and workshops to learn The entire company got raises in the past 2 years that almost covered inflation
Inconvénients
The beaurocracy can sometimes be heavy and slow Upper management in the corporate ecosystem (outside ESD) can sometimes be inneffective and lazy and spendings in a few small instances reflect that Consultant mindset but with less than consultant salary, especially in junior to mid level employees
