      Great compensation, good healthcare, the co-workers are great people

      Management is not focused on the long game. To many problems are ignored on a day to day basis.

      Avantages

      Company is rapidly expanding - lots of opportunities for career advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Organization is unbalanced. Too many projects starting in Engineering for the rest of the organization to handle. Company is very focused on new product development to the detriment of supporting existing operations.
