Avantages
Some employees are easy to talk to and relate to. Discretionary Time Off.
Inconvénients
CEO spends most of her time out of the office. COO "runs" the place when she isn't there, but is really just bullying everyone. Micromanaging happens all over the company. The Accounting Manager is overworked and also has the fun task of being Human Resources. So she has no time in a day, especially when the COO is in her office multiple times in a day. Discretionary Time Off seems like a great policy for vacation, but it isn't actually unlimited like they make it out to be when you're interviewing/onboarding. Lots of one person departments, so no one feels like they can actually take a vacation. No cost of living raises and no additional raises. Bonus given when numbers weren't hit, but made very clear it was out of the kindness of the CEOs heart.
