Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Very good learning environment. Employees are really cooperative. The CTO is a very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful person. No work at home except very emergency situation. Duty hours is also very flexible. Really very good company for freshers regards learning and salary. Interest free loan is also provided.
Inconvénients
The starting salary is very attractive but the hike and promotion structure is sometimes very bad. Even they gave promotion without any salary hike. Sometimes juniors get promotion and hike faster than seniors. Extra facilities (like academic facilities) which are written in the employee's handbook are not entertained as it is written.
