      - Friendly bunch of people - Fantastic work/life balance - Decent benefits, especially the 401k plan

      Inconvénients

      - Culture is stuck in 1982, complete with a tie requirement for managers - VERY slow to upgrade technology and systems - Reclusive owner that shies away from any employee interaction - Very limited room for career growth due to size of the company and the political environment - The physical environment is as outdated as the company technology
