      Avantages

      Accounting/Bookkeeping jobs are basically the same type of work in every company but here I felt like I was part of something great. I loved interacting with the residents and forming friendships with them in addition to working on a ranch in a beautiful country setting.

      Inconvénients

      As with most non profits, long hours and heavy workload. At times I felt like I was never going to get caught up even going in on the weekends.

      Avantages

      The Ranch does an amazing job providing exceptional service for the Ranchers (clients) that they support. They do try to promote within and do their best to support the staff.

      Inconvénients

      Burnout is huge at the Ranch. I had seen a lot of people come and go over the time I worked there. I believe that the current management is aware of this but not really able to do much about it. There also can be a lot of drama which you have to be really careful to not get tied into.
