      Avantages

      Remote work flexibility, initial onboarding was smooth, and some teammates were kind and supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Feedback became inconsistent and overly critical over time. There was a lack of clear communication, shifting expectations without proper guidance, and management often blamed individuals instead of addressing systemic issues. Work culture turned stressful and unsupportive.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes we have too many clients which tightens schedules, but it usually means we get to hire new people in our team to match the increasing demand.
