      Plenty of remote work available if you want it

      Inconvénients

      Compensation takes 45+ days and is based on cases completed. No compensation for emails, teleconference time, account set-up etc. Turn-around times can be unreasonable especially when client systems are down. They are all about the company billing clients. Expectation is for abstractors to work 7 days per week.

      Avantages

      I have been working with this company for over five years. I am a contractor who is allowed to work from home. This job has not only allowed me to make a very good living but has also provided more time with my family. The thing that has stood out most is the open door policy and family values. They have also offered continued education on new data registries and new measures which has allowed me to grow within the organization. I am very satisfied with the support they have shown and quick response to any concerns I may have. Overall I am an extremely grateful and satisfied contractor. Where else can I make a good living working from home and not having to sit in traffic all day. Best job ever!

      I have no cons at this time nor do I expect them.
