      Avantages

      Most everyone is nice and polite. Pretty flexible on hours as long as you work 40 hours a week.

      Inconvénients

      Policies and procedures are abandoned to meet deadlines, but then if something should slips through from abandoning them you are yelled at. Sales team is treated better than rest of employees. Projects have scope creep based on whims of management.

      Avantages

      Have had very little complaints. Leadership is excellent and co-workers are a joy to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Roles and responsibilities are a little vague at times.
