Avantages
All of the employees are fun, high-energy competitors and they bring the best out of you. The working environment is flexible and there is an open forum (hope still there) which you can give your inputs openly and the management will always try to take positive steps against your query. I recommend this company even its small one, compare to the big giants in the IT industry. The person who leads the Indian operations is a very nice person.. It’s really hard to find such person in the IT industry with high grade of humanity. But many people will feel initially he is arrogant. Even I thought the same in the initial stages. But later, I realized that he is a wonderful person.
Inconvénients
They really don’t have a good IT infra set up and they are not ready to invest on the same as well. They don’t realize the ROI of the good IT infra. But whenever the project demands, they used to “arrange” the same as temp basis and it’s appreciated!
