      Avantages

      you have high authority in projects that you are assigned to. There are not many rules given its start-up nature.

      Boss is manipulative and never keep her promises.

      Avantages

      You will have the ability to handle projects by yourself even though you are only a intern. It is a start up, so you enjoy the achievement of handling the project by your own and the flexibility to work.

      Inconvénients

      Bad boss, bad attitude towards staff, staff is not treated as what they deserved for. Staff leave at a rate of 3-4 per month, and the boss intends to hire intern and treat them like full time employee. The employer doesn't offer over time payments for interns even though they are requested to stay until 11pm.
